What we make
We cast cable cleats in SS316 stainless and LM6 aluminium, and build IP68 earth link boxes for 33, 132 and 275 kV networks. The SS316 trefoil cleat holds the world's highest short-circuit type test result: 264 kA peak, to BS EN 50368.
About us.
Evergrow has built cable cleats and earth link boxes since 1996, for the power, oil & gas, mining and rail industries. We cast our own cleats in-house on TOYO cold-die machinery instead of reselling them, and our team gives the technical support that resolves clients' installation and design constraints.
Casting in-house means we control the spec. We were the first in Malaysia to meet TNB's IP68 requirement for 132 kV link boxes (IEC 60529), and our SS316 trefoil cleat is type-tested to 264 kA peak. Approved by TNB and PETRONAS since 2007 and a listed vendor for SESCO and SESB, our products are used across 13 countries in Asia, the Gulf and Oceania — every hard figure verified by independent, accredited labs.

Malaysia's first IP68 132 kV link box.
Single-door at 33 kV, double-door at 132 and 275 kV; 2–3 mm SUS304 throughout. SVL and solid bonding, 3+1 and 6+1 ways. Inside: SIEMENS SVL units, an SMC insulator, a 5 mm EPDM seal and Evergrow-designed anti-theft screws. Sealed to IP68 for continuous immersion (IEC 60529).

Each enclosure is dimensioned and approved as a general arrangement before any plate is cut. Production drawings cover 33, 132 and 275 kV, 3+1 and 6+1, SVL and solid, down to the busbar, the SMC insulator and the name-plate.
